Admission Procedure
AlSharqyia School accepts applications for new students in January every year.
The application process opens from KG1 to Grade 11 upon availability of seats.
Parents who are interested in applying for their child to join AlSharqyia School can contact the school on these numbers: 17369009 – 17382103.
Parents will be informed regarding the admission test date by the admission department.
Kindly note the following:
- The Application Processing Fee is non-refundable.
The students applying for KG1 to Grade 11 will be asked to sit for entrance examinations, followed by interviews. The length of each exam per grade level is shown in the table below.

Grades 8 | Arabic, English, Mathematics & Science | 2 hours |

After the Entrance Interview/Examinations
The students who sat for the entrance interview and/or entrance examinations will receive a call from the Admission Office regarding the result (if his/her child has been offered a seat or not).
KG admission will go to the interview process same day as the examination.
Students, who are offered seats, may then proceed to the next step in the admission procedure as informed by the Admission Office.
Late Registration
Depending on the availability of seats in any grade levels, admission will continue to be open in that grade level till early September.
REFUND POLICY
- In order to process the fee refund, parents who wish to withdraw their child must complete the Student Withdrawal Form within the below mentioned time frame. Kindly note that a verbal notification cannot be considered as an official withdrawal request.
- After reviewing the Student Withdrawal Form and ensuring that all required tuition fees have been paid, the Accounts Department will issue a Financial Release Certificate. This certificate is a financial disclaimer and is separate from a student’s transcript and academic record.
- First installment is nonrefundable.
- The cost of textbooks is nonrefundable.
In case there is no photocopy of the parent’s Identification Card in the student’s file, the Admission Office will contact you to provide a copy.
